GetAlphaAngleForSection

Returns the alpha angle of the section in radians.

Obtains the angle between the principal axis and the geometric axis of the section.

Parameter	Description
`nPropNo`	ID of the specified property.
`dAlpha`	Returned alpha angle (in radians).
